Hey there, my name is Christiana!

I am a mom, a wife, an artist, and a midwife!

My passion for supporting parents through labor, birth, and beyond started when I had my first baby. The fire for compassionate, autonomous care was lit through my own birth experiences! I have had 3 babies in hospital and a family centered birth at home.

I have been supporting and educating parents on birth, breastfeeding, and babywearing for over 10 years! In 2018 I started my doula business and apprenticeship with Cardinal Birth. 4 years later I opened my own solo midwifery practice! Bodily autonomy and client led care are the heart of my practice. I love when families take active roles in their care and we work as a team!

I am trained in Fertility, IUI, Well woman Care, Childbirth Education, Lactation Education and Support, Babywearing, NRP, CPR, Bereavement, Aromatherapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and more!

I have a deep love for education and learning so in my free time you can find me taking a new course or getting a new certification! When I'm not deep in my midwife life you can find me creating things. Painting, cutting decals, home renovation projects, crocheting, you name it! Sometimes I'll cuddle up with my kiddos and read a book on a rainy day. I also love reading, writing, music, gaming, when I get the chance!
